Head of Development for Opera Rara

Opera Rara is looking for a creative, ambitious individual to lead our fundraising strategy to meet our ambitious but essential contributed income targets. The part-time position will suit an experienced development professional from the opera or classical music field, with a passion for discovering, cultivating and managing relationships with a wide range of funders, upon whose financial contributions the charity is reliant to meet its important objectives.

An award winning opera company with a track record of artistic excellence spanning over 30 years, Opera Rara’s mission is to rediscover, restore, record and perform the lost operatic heritage of the 19th and early 20th centuries. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to take on a leadership role with an internationally recognised prestigious arts organisation.
