- What payment methods can I use to make a purchase?
Opera Rara accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
- Telephone, fax, or post your order requirements to our address, see the ‘Contact Us’ page for details of how to get in touch.
- Payment by cheque (made payable to Opera Rara), cash or money order can be made on orders placed by post and telephone.
Please note that all prices are quoted in Pound Sterling.
If you wish to place an order by telephone this can be done from Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 5:30pm.
- How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver goods within 14 days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
- What if I would like to refund or exchange a product I've purchased on your Website?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any defective item:
- In exchange for an equivalent item.
- In exchange for an equivalently priced item.
- In exchange for a full credit refund.
